Any chance I can be an astronaut before death, without money or effort? Judging by their hangover potions they party a lot up there...

I upvoted too soon. The two videos only share a little footage and this has better narration and video quality.

At 0:50 of the video, did he say Viscous Forces dampen Thetans down?

Is Xenu making the bubble move?

God I love scientists. They have such an ability to give the most ordinary and easily described events the most preposterous and complicated names and make the most fascinating spectacles sound so horrendously boring in the process.

Lithic, the reason he ends up sounding that way is because he's trying to describe the event in great detail, while being as clear and unambiguous as possible. It's not that scientists like that want to sound boring, it's that they are so completely concerned with accuracy that style always comes second.

Still, if you can describe one of those scenes more naturally while giving the same amount of information and insight, I'll be impressed.

Yes, entr0py, I know that of course. That dosent change the fact that it's a horrible, horrible way to hear something like this described. At least for me. But the geek guys seem to like it so I guess to each their own.
